It hasta be
Mount Shasta ... eh |
The
Sisyphus Pass ... last night it snowed but today we made it through
with blue sky |
Actually it
got a lot of snow ... and as we do not carry chains ... we were just a
little concerned |
California
in the distance ... the "land of fruits and nuts" ... and SUN (we
hope) |
The view
from National RV Parking Lot looking at the San Barnadino Mountains |
The view out
our window at the factory. Not actually a salubrious sight??? |
These guys
were waiting for parts. The rest of us were already taken inside
for work. The lot holds 25 units and we were beside the 4th one
over. Just what this says about National's Quality Control, I'll
leave to the viewer |
Nice spot to
spend a week eh??/? |
Lots of dogs
were waiting with their owners in the lounge. This one was
Molly. She was quite a nice little dog. The other owners
turned out to be quite nice and we met some people we will see again in
Yuma. The level of frustration in the lounge often could be cut
with a knife, but all were glad, as one by one, coaches were complete
and the owners got to run!!!! Almost like getting out of jail ... |
The other
Yorkie there was less nice. She thought that she was a pit bull
and her owner had to make this holster to keep other dogs save.
She and Hops had a staring contest that lasted several hours per
day. I guess this could be called a pocket protector????? |
Here I am
getting ready for my next meeting with Mr. Mink ... note the grim
determination ... |
This is the
view as we left ... finally ... on Friday. Will we ever return
.... GUESS ... |
Temecula
site. Nice park though too close to a casino |
Lots of Dogs
... this one turned out to be our favourite ... but not Hops's |
It turned
out to be a Mexican Standoff ... Not sure just who won though |
The view
down (east) on Honey Locust Lane in Hemit CA. The weather is in
the high 70's and low 80's during the day and at night it drops to the
low 40's. My type of weather!!! |
The view up
(west) on Honey Locust Lane Hemit. Where do they get these
names???? |
